Last one is a partial of the passive tree (Scion start) to maybe make it viable for print. I think it's pushing it. The back side is off-center on the right side but I'm not too worried. If I wanted to make the tree complexity more of a focus and use #3, I would draw lines over #3 using the fading as a template. They clearly stated the artwork must be yours originally. :) I really wouldn't say I "added some color" with that much added detail. It entirely changes the perception of the piece. As far as being original artwork: the post at which the images was linked to did not state the main rules. I assumed that the art was part GGG's property the same that all the work from this contest will be. After further digging it seems that the contests differ on this fact and if it is necessary remove the third entry from consideration. This is my submission: Based off the fight the power fist shirts, except with the iron grip icon. I was too lazy to use anything other than paint so it looks like shit, would imagine the fist would be cut out properly and perhaps put some text-less GGG logos somewhere if it's not enough of a reference. Shirt I based this off: My other thing I was going to make but again, got far too lazy, was a shirt in the style of the over-done Che Guevara shirts but with Brutus and 'viva la desync' under his face.
