I got my Carcass Jack only to 5S after like 160 Jewels. Bummer.
Now i tried to link the 5 sockets. The count is on 150 fusing. But didn't get it by now. Start loosing my mind. What are the odds to link a 5S? Anyone got a clue?

it's pretty randomic mate.

i got my jack 5s with about about 40 jew and 5l after only 35 fuse but i got pretty lucky.

then i spent about 200 chroms to get 1R 4B.

A friend of mine linked a 6S to 6L in 60 fusings wich is like one of the luckiest catch around.

Think this is all random. I've read that someone tried using more than 1000 fusing to link make a 5L from a 6s mallet.

My carcass jack is still only 4 link. Will also try 5l much later.

I just hit Level 90 (woot) and I thought I'd share what gear I use as well as my passive tree. I currently have 8k Health and RF does about 78k dps (with EE and EW).

This gear has a lot of room for improvement (especially the boots) but has been working fine so far in 77/78 maps. The boots are just there until my AOE gem reaches level 20 then I will get some High AR Titan Greaves and use the old boots to snapshot.

I use the AURUMVORAX sword for elemental weakness maps because my cold res are a tad too low. Some new boots should fix that issue. The only real concern with my current gear is the low chaos res.

Here is a pic of my defenses with 4 endurance charges. Physical reduction is capped at 90% with a granite and 71% with a granite and no endurance charges.

For me, when I first got my Koam's the damage was about the same between it and carcass Jack. Since then I have filled out my passive tree (more life nodes) and Koams does 15k more damage (7k more base damage before EE+EW).

With Conc effect? I should have said, without using Carcass I just have a 3link RF (Inc AoE and Burning Dmg) but when I use Carcass I also have Conc Effect which according to my calculations gives me more DPS. But I am not factoring in EW and EE, I am just assuming the mob has 0% Fire Res and I am not cursing (although I normally do).

If my calculations are right I do 20220dps with the 3link and Koam's but I do 26966dps with a 4link Carcass (it is a 5link but I don't think IIR makes a diff!).

Could you use when you dont have Carcass Jack or Kaoms Heart. Or is it crap for this build?

I was using that chest before I got my Kaoms, I only use Carcass to snapshot Righteous Fire :)
