I use the Blood Dance Shoes and a lvl 1 frenzy to refresh it if i fight a boss or when i encounter a new group. Works like a charm.

Weapons:

For the weapon u could use a weapon with +1 gem and +2 fire gem to get the Purity of Fire to lvl23 and therefore get 5% max resist.

Or a Aurumvorax to get 60% to all resists (but -20% Rarity).

Or simply use a cheap 'The Screaming Eagle' to get 10% movement speed and +15 Life.

No other weapon is really adding something if you are snapshotting.

Edit: At the moment I am using 'Brightbeak'. Gives me 25% Lightning and 25% Fire Resist. Plus a very quick attack @1.95 for my frenzy refresh by attack.

Auras+ReducedMana ist enough with alpha's howl. The aura nodes add 2% fire res and some life reg (not even 1% tho) from buffing your auras... yea and ofc some armour via grace.
I got them after I dinged 65 (ALL reg nodes and fire res nodes first ofc) since I wanted more reg (1%fire res = 1% reg freed) to farm faster (and run 66-69 maps... those are freaking easy with RF anyways) and now i get the fire dmg nodes and afterwards all the other %life nodes. Running with 4K HP in farm gear and lvl11 ele weakness on hit on gloves tho.. 5L carcass jack (for rarity XD)...
so yea.. i'd say get to 4K hp, then get aura and/or burn nodes, than HP again.
oh and dont forget to grab elemental equilibrium asap.

talking about EE: i took out ice nova, cause it sucked :( instead i run:
(i could take out added cold dmg since i got lightning dmg on my gear now, but idk what to add otherwise... faster attacks is crap since it only raises life costs). culling'd suck since my RF has rarity. will prolly add life gain on hit later

Yeah I will definitely use cyclone with added cold damage for EE, may still run ice nova because it's nice with aoe chilled effect but that remains to be seen. Been also considering added lightning damage to shock them while triggering EE for even further dps.

About cyclone I intend to experiment alot, I would like to see blind on it so I can just spin aoe dominus and blind him while raping, and that goes for anything ofcourse. We shall have to see, I have like additional accuracy, cold/light damage, faster attacks, blind, lgoh for consideration on my cyclone atm.

The only thing I am very scared of at the moment is chaos damage, such as viper strikes or that jumping chaos damage bastard. Since it counters our regen and can be hard to cap chaos res any time soon

is marauder the best starting class?
To reach the passive tree, Marauder needs no useless nodes... Templar would need three nodes (phys dmg/ str/ str)... scion one node (10life...seems an ok trade for the ugly marauder^^)... duelist 5nodes (phys/4stat nodes)... other classes are FAR away.

Marauder or Scion doesnt matter that much, but i'd still go marauder...
I have a few questions regarding your selected nodes.
(It probably has been answered in the thread but I can't find it)

Why do you take Elemental Equilibrium?

You took a lot of the 6% nodes in the big life wheel.

Why don't you take the following nodes over the 6% ones:
Holy Strength (left of Elemental Adaption)
3x Life and Mana located just above Elemental Equilibrium (grantig 6% life and 8% mana instead of the life node only granting 6% life)

Does Static Blows work with RF?
anyone can tell me how much fire res(90-91?) and life reg i need to not lose any life ?

pretty much depend from your own life mate.

RF burn for 90% of your life at the moment you cast it so it means that you have to do your own math, nobody but you can tell what are your requirements.

lets say that if you have 4000 life RF will burn you for 3600 every second, mitigated from your Fire resistance, if it's 90% means you burn for 360 hp/s. 10% life regen give you back 363 hp/s with 4k life, wich is barely enough to keep you stable, but definetly not enough to cast stuff with blood magic/sustain any kind of damage. Of course to this little calculation you have to add vitality aura wich give you flat hp regen

i'd say that having less than 90% fire res(aka not having a rise of the phoenix) makes this build impossible to run.

After you get one, once you have your auras and passive regen nodes and a minimum of 3.5 life it's a go
