I think that complaining about item looks now when we've got skins and with all actually good looking armor pieces we have in this game is kind of ... meh.
Just test one of those for helm;

" I myself use Secutor Helm and Briskwrap skin on my Marauder. Put on the Mohawk mtx and you got yourself the coolest, most badass looking Gladiator ever. Briskwrap is THE chest skin for Marauder. The armor really outlines the Marauder's muscles and it looks insanely sick. Unarmed for life! (although I do like maces too recently)

I was so excited when I first got my Alpha's Howl, thought I would look bad-ass... not two seconds later I had bought a skin transfer for it.
So yeah, I guess GGG is happy. Sign me up, the new art is an abomination. It's a shame one of the best items in the game looks like it was modeled by an intern. |
