Digital is so much more convenient s-s I should have painted a Rhoa, the devs seem to love Rhoas. >_> You can also do a lot of things in digital that you cant in Oils and vice versa. Maybe the less than excellent photo counted against my entry, maybe I should have tried harder to get a better photograph. Meh, no point in dwelling on it any more. :-) Ascension tied to Lab is the worst thing GGG has done...apart from GGG's philosophy on Trading. Oh and Gambling Loot boxes. And selling out to tencent. It truly is an amazing painting. The only reason I could see them not picking it is how it could be a normal beach from any beutifull location. If you put most of this art infront of non gamers (or PoE fans) they would say its good but ask wtf its from. With yours they would ask you where that beutifull beach is.
