Build of the Week, Season 2 Episode 3 Build Submission Thread

I would like to submit my build for build of the week!

It is a No Passive Tree Challenge Solo Challenge!
I use a 5 link infernal blow. Vaal Cyclone.
Items include belly of the beast, Meginord's Girdle, Abysuss and Astramentis. Also cheap rare gear.

You ask me why!? I was going to play summoner but summoner is slow early levels. I got to level 20 and I thought to myself, I wonder how far I can go. So why not! So I rerolled and never looked back.
The average boss took me 5 deaths to kill, 5 tp scrolls. Except Merciless Dominus. Which was 43 deaths many more portals.

My character name is Noskillpointchallenge.

I tried to designate my items, gems etc to increase my survivability

I'd like to submit my char in SC Tali, Dat_Arc_Buff.

It's a double Arc Mjolner char using Vaal Spark and Vaal Glacial Hammer to make a single target combo. Triple curse blasphemy and The Retch for Flasks pots up all time.

There is a greeat synergy between all skills and tree choices that makes it a very nice an powerfull char to play.
