I kind of get the point of removing max res from purity, but if the single aura doesn't raise the max res by atleast 4%(before any passive buffs) then they didn't really enable any builds. Unless they look at those auras as boss/area specific, which would be even more tedious for solo players.

rip purity. BIG nerf to solo players. groups will just run all three and get the max resists buffed. you have to free up some sockets as a solo player to have the option of running just ONE at a time.

tsk tsk. dropping the hammer on solo play while making group play even more faceroll. I wonder what the max resists on individual auras will be like...3-5%? that would be terribly imbalanced.

It is the definition because every single game that has an expansion follows that logic.
Every game that has an expansion, can also be played without the expansion, just using the original game.

Not every expansion costs something however (while the original game does).
So yeah i would totally call that the actual definition of that term.

An expansion implies a big addition to the game, that you are not necessarily forced to play.
You can decide to just install the original game and play it through.
This wont be possible with PoE, im pretty sure there is only going to be one version.

Whats wrong with coining a new term for a big content update for a free to play game, instead of using one that doesnt fit?
They want to use that term because they want everybody to unmistakably know the exact timing of when PoE is going to release THEIR BIG CONTENT update. That way no one is gonna miss it.

I hope that the buffs at least give you 4% max resistance for the specific element. Else this would be pretty fucking retarded.

On a serious note, these charges look bad, really bad, pls ggg consider changing them or dont even implementing them.
