Well, isn't this a nice surprise? Good to finally have an absolute date to work toward. GGG and co. deserve a nice break before OB, especially since they'll still be busting their collective hump between now and then to make Act 3 as incredible as possible. In fact, I can see the extra time making possible quite some nice additional polish.
Now, if we can just convince Chris to actually take that vacation... Meanwhile, I'll be looking forward to returning from my exile to Alphaclast. It's a privilege and a responsibility to be among those testing this most important phase of the game, but I'm hankering to play in the "real world" of PoE with my wife. Still, there's a lot left to do between now and OB, and opportunity for even more, in Alpha, than we've already seen. Un fucking believable. I haven't seen my parents in 7 years, and OB starts on the day they fly half way around the world to visit me (and drop off my supporter pack stuff).

I think that this is probably for the best, I'd rather see things go smoothly then have many issues which would be difficult for the staff on scene to deal with. Also I think that a polished game will be more enjoyable for those who join in the open beta than one with a lot of bugs and issues ect... Keep up the good work GGG :)
