Server Problems are Resolved!
" If you're playing in Australian evenings then you'd have missed the problems. Peak time is very early in the morning for you guys. Just early enough to be annoying for us in NZ ;) It's going to be really nice not having to worry about checking on the servers from 6am onwards. | |
In some weeks it's only 20k players at peak times anyway. Serious issues never got fixed and those drive players away.
The changes even made the game more MMOesque. Soloplayer->1 leveled aura und barely leveled clarity(regen sucks manareservation is overkill) max Party of 6->All auras. And according to dev postings like: "We ban thousands of bots on a daily basis" most of the users seem to be bots ;D |

Its not really about the issues as it is about fixing them
If there were a trademark for excellent support GGG would have it...no joke! Exiled for Eternity

hey chris, just a round of applause from me. this sort of transparency is the sort of thing valve could use at the moment with dota 2's latest lack of updates. Keep up the good work, you've got your players at heart and in mind and they're bloody loving you for it.

Small indie company from New Zealand keep their customers well informed
Unlike that huge corporation They resolve server problems in no time Unlike that huge corporation Their game is f2p NOT p2w You guessed it... Unlike that huge corporation Overall, this game is better in pretty much every aspect from the game of that huge corporation Well done GGG, well done! Please, your health is more important. Don't forget to eat, drink and sleep |

" I cannot agree more, the moment player-base starts having technical issues related to bugged patch,or poor server performance, what really matters,is not exactly how fast can you roll out a fix to adress an issue, but more of what the devs do - do they keep silent, ignore everything,or do they actually make posts and acknowledgements regarding the issue. No rest for the wicked.

That's very nice to wake up to.
Nice work. Casually casual.
