Just wrote this up. Level 90 in HC talisman, pretty detailed and took a while. No videos but no cast on crit either, so I think that balances out. I wrote a build dedicated for the new assassin class but I succesfully played it as a witch in talisman and I am certain that it will work great with occultist, if you ever wanted to try a miner, hf:
