Build of the Week 14 and a portion of the 0.9.13 Patch Notes

I'm reasonably certain CI will be changed anyways.

Isn't a "no" better than an ignore?
I just wish that these effect etc changes actually include improvements to the lightning/colors of areas.
They are right now dull where brown and grey dominate.

Especially if they work with piercing projectiles. Meaning they probably won't.

Makes me think oldschool Diablo 2 amazon using magic arrow, or guided arrow, whichever the name was and pierce mod.

The arrow would just go back and forth through the monster till its projectile timer ran out XD
If "ifs" and "buts" were candy and nuts, wouldn't it be a Merry Christmas?
Would Arc work with Chain?
As in Arc hits first target -> chains
Arc hits second target -> another chain?

Or greater multiple projectiles with chain?

And I hope that devouring totem will make some epic sound when it eats something, like cho'gath does in League of Legends, OM NOM NOM NOM!

Arc with Chain would probably just increase the number of chain bounces.

GMP works fine.

Oh dear lord thanks. I was so tired of listening to people ask about that stuff every time I play the game.

It only chains or forks if it does not pierce.

Can it chain AND fork at the same time? Can it chain back to a target it already hit? Do chained projectiles simply aim themselves at their new target, with the potential to miss or hit a different target?

No. Pierce, Chain and Fork are all different ways for a projectile to continue through a target without exploding, and it can only do one at a time. Forking, if present, will occur on the first non-pierce hit, chaining starts after that (or at that point if no forking).

Yes, if not non-hit targets are in range - it prefers to select targets it hasn't chained or pierced through yet, but will re-chain to same targets if that's all that's available.

Awesome! I'm interested in seeing if Fork, Chain, and Greater Multi together can finally make Fireball's AoE worthwhile.
