It's monster death, not player death

It is cast on player death. We don't really expect this one to be too popular in Hardcore.

these new trigger gems , woudnt they just weaken your primary skill ?

I think 1 skill with 2 supports wins all the time.

Chris, can you tell whether there will be new tier of item affix and new ilvl of items? Or max affix lvl will still be 79?

The rouge exiles coming to all leagues when Anarchy ends... does this mean on the 8th when Anarchy ends we get rouges in standard? Or is this coming in 2 weeks with the full release? Anyone know?

i find it interesting how the mana outcome will be on these new trigger support gems as every triggered skill will use it's share of mana obviously.

there were probably reasons, chris had one life flask and the rest filled with mana bottles in the gamespot interview :)

Probably, no need to rush with the patch that rebalances rogues if we aren't meant to have them yet. That rebalance would need some testing too, I imagine, and rogues aren't exactly secret anymore so the whole community can do it faster.

I really hope youre right bro, that would be sick. I loved the rouges, Ive been taking a break till release but with my anarchy items coming to my standard characters and the possibility of rouges to face again

unlikely as this would invalidate all the achievements people currently have reached with rolling the highest stats on items. ggg said they will never do it when bringing new content.
