Proc cast cost mana? Do they have casting duration or they are cast instantaneously?

Is this "curse on hit" support going to be insanely annoying for a double/triple+ curse character? Single curse people constantly overwriting my triple curse with their procs...? It would be nice if someone with single curse maximum would only overwrite one of my three curses instead of all three.

Do the proc gems obey cooldowns like for Cold Snap? And is it theoretically possible to do something like Dominating Blow + Cast on Crit + Spell and have the minions from Dominating Blow have the benefits of casting on crits? If so, what happens if you stick a totem in there? Do minions/monsters even have a totem limit above 0?

I'm curious about the new skills, though, particularly Spectral Throw, and, to a lesser extent, the animate skills. What stats will they be based on? Wisdom? Wisdom/Strength? Or, with the advent of the scion class, even wis/str/dex?

Cast on Death + Portal IS SO FUCKING OP.

quite disappointed by Domination League, doesnt sound really interesting/challenging to me.

Maybe the time to try HC through Nemesis...

It's a well known beautiful country, that's not without any reason that there are many tourists every year going there.

NZ was most known as the location of the LOTR movies. Cast on death IMHO is completely useless on HC but somewhat useful in SC. For example you link rejuvenation totem with it so your allies will get a minor time boost to use pots and stuff....But i dont believe it will become very popular
