ya I have the first 3 days of after the reset off from work. With one day off during the last week race I went from 15th to 5th, so it should be fun to see where I end up on the ladder Thursday morning.

I just had a quick question for the devs. What motivation is there to play default? I mean; in Diablo when you played the ladder you had access to new runewords/items/crafting recipes and quests/bosses that you could only access by playing the ladder. I fail to see similar motivation to play the ladder in this game other than an arbitrary ladder rank and the pain in the ass of having to remake your character. See you in legacy boys.

There is a thread, titled 'Hardcore vs Softcore' or something like that. Stroll my early comments, you'll find it.
Actually I have never replied in any HC vs SC thread, I've had a few weird PoE dreams, so that might have been one. But I'm sure there are 'HC vs SC' threads.

is there any chance u could just do the reset today? or well in NZ im sure its monday already its sunday night 1130 here. Since being told there was a reset im just counting the hours before i can start over!! hell i even picked up my starcraft 2 and starting playing that lol. But i want to get my poe on lol.

The fact is as others have stated, life builds still require and insane investment in nodes (or perfect 100hp rolls on every piece of gear lol GL with that) where as ES does not.

So he spent about 4-50 nodes on HP. It doesn't make the opinion any less valid. HP stacking is viable, ES stacking, is viable, armor stacking or evasion is not. If we are going to argue about something regarding survivability can we at least argue about the RIGHT things?
