New 0.11.6 Content and a Research Survey

Awesome! I took the survey but never really got to say why I financially support the game. It is because the game rocks and the developers simply asked for support. I am excited about the gift pack but I would have donated regardless.

Completed the survey.
My daughter loves the current voice of Clarissa and has mastered a decent impression.I always know when she has reached Sarn.
On the subject of voices could we change Greusts' voice for Jimmy Spithill to celebrate the impending victory of ETNZ.

I would really like to see melee viability and flexibility, enemy stat bloat and desync addressed, relative to the other gameplay mechanics including a limited look at RNG. Playing a melee character is problematic at best (55 Duelist) becuase I have to balance offence with defence, while enemies receive significant increases in both, especially Magical enemies on up. When this is coupled with the debilitating effects of desync (having /oos ready to or using it regularly isn't a real workaround) I find the game to be in a state that is unplayable for me. There were some issues poking their heads up in Cruel but Merciless is where these issues really show strongest. I'm glad that new content is being added, but I'd like to see real improvements to game balance become more of a transparent priority.

Other players that have been involved with Path of Exile much longer me have put it far, far more eloquently and in more detail so I'll leave it at just that. I'd like to continue to play Path of Exile but until these things are looked into I just can't do it. I'll keep checking in every few days to see what's going on and update the client but that's about it until real improvements are made to game balance.

If the endurance charges occur when you get stunned , ok . If not , idc .

Old guys (GGG) are laughing because they tell us that the reason they deleted the old aura's is the performance decrease (which I never saw and it seems nobody) and then some months later they add microtransactions with moving skulls as aura's.. which ofcourse is not performance decrease...

Anyways, BRING BACK THE OLD AURAS and GET RID of these new clone copies of different colors! I WILL PAY DOUBLE!

GGG probably felt the old auras looked too good and it would be hard to sell MTX for them. So they made them look extremely dull and are now releasing these auras MTXs. Not sure how I feel about that one.

Will Clarissa now sound like she has a mouth full of marbles as well?

as for the bolded aspect of your post... seriously? Seems rather "unsupportive" of GGG imo

He is however rather right. The fact that only a dedicated group of "news viewers" get into the survey could lead to confounding issues depending on the perks of this group and bias the research completely.

His request of adding the survery obligatory on the main page is very thought out, especially the declination option. I would be happy if GGG would add it to support this thesis paper they likely want to profit off themselves.

old aura was better i rather buy them for a rly cheap price seeing they were once in game.

new aura's imo lack luster and seem more like a pet.




the last 3 questions in that survey need more answer options they can be looked at in many different ways i couldnt respond in a way i was comfortable.


im pretty stoked about the endurance charge on stun gem.
