This is a very good problem to have because it demonstrates the size of the user base, besides there's also the fact lots of much bigger companies suffer problems like this too; from d3 to simcity4.

I went ahead and did the PrivateTunnel thing too and connected to UK, now I'm getting 1.35mb/s as opposed to the 5kb/s I was getting out of the US.

for the people using Private tunnel and get booted just make another account and restart the client you should start to dl again at the same high speeds

When I run the private tunnel software, it connects me to london, says 0-100mb used, but the patcher itself just.....sits there 'checking resources' and does nothing.

It did that for me too, for a while. But when it started actual d/l it put on Gawd damned zoom boots. Over 35% done now.

I just tried the Private Tunnel software and my download speed went up significantly.
