Found a solution to handle that slowlyness : If you disconnect, then reconnect after 10 minutes, it'll go faster ....

somewhere in the log there is a port #. I use to have back and forth speeds like crazy (1kb to 5mb) back and forth. I forwarded that port and boom, easy download every time. This patch zipped through.

it will be nice if we can see somewhere how many people are downloading at the same time so that we can decide if patching is worth of not
that will help the ones that are downloading at the moment bacause some people will patch later so they will patch quicker and the ones with slower connections will patch when the server is not on full load so that they will also improve their download |
