" Yes, look's like it's inspired by that torture device, however, i just wanted to point out its the opposite of a cloak of flame or a Coil. they mitigate phys into an element, this does the reverse.

So just strap on Arctic Armour and Rotp, and stack armour. Maybe even use it in conjunction with Avatar of Fire to mitigate your reflect. Seems pretty interesting to me. Hopefully it's not league specific.

I think rat cage couldve been a good unique, but it's too safeguarded that I cant think of a build that can afford to use it and be better than with some other chest.
-5 max res is already a very steep price to pay for any unique, as with regular 75% resists, 70% is basically a 20% dame increase on TOP of that, it has increased 20% fire damage taken. and fire to physical conversion is just 10 % of total damage. huge downsides all around and pluses are, good amount of flat life (but belly or kaoms still much better), 10% fire to phys conversion (tiny plus for specific builds I guess ?) and move speed. meh |

Ok my hopes of getting build-enabling uniques are dead and i'm officially disappointed with the new uniques.

Anyway another bunch of crappy uniques maybe 3 are usefull to already existing buildings , 0 build enablers GGG got so lazy and noncreative and its second time in a row , last 50+ uniques = crap |

Tons of horrible low level uniques 0 build enablers. Sad day, even from 12 or so supporters none of them made build enabler :/
