The staff offers a very powerful 7 link so a lot of its strength will depend on how good echo is.

They still utilize the same two paths, unless you go all the way with iron will, but then you will use a unique that is actually designed well - Doon don't_remember_the_other_word scepter, but even then getting a +1 to lvls corruption is welcome, as crit is out of the question almost altogher.

Burn build? Like anything ever will outperform The Searing Touch for this purpous.

Like I said unless lvl bonus of echo is OP it will suck.

P.S. hoping for serious cast speed increase on echo lvls at least.

You can cast Vulnerability on yourself in a Cast-When-Stunned pacifist build.
Though I warn you, those are all but dead builds. Should only do it for fun.

Temporal Chains on self to increase Immortal Call / Vaal Immortal Call / resists flasks / Vaal Discipline durations?

I can feel a bit of potential in these gloves for 100% invulnerability-build.

Anyway I'm really happy that echo is coming out. Its been needed for awhile. That staff is also a really nice unique.

Would like to know this as well. Also, going to assume that since it's not going to work with CoC or other trigger type stuff that it won't work if you slot it into Mjolner along with two Arc gems or Arc/Discharge combo?

Still wondering what an increased level of Echo will do.
