Edit: after re-reading it its not increased ele its attacks with this wand so I don't think they with stack with 2 of them.

Edit : more of a budget weapon really, so maybe scrath that low life part lol. If you can afford shavs + coe, you can probably afford a better wand.

I personally don't find it very interesting but maybe someone else who makes Wanderers will like it.

Elemental Hit, but it's kinda eh...

Need to contemplate about it more but I think it's just about alright. It's not OpieOP, but it's good. If it scales alright without auras and elemental passive from wand and Templar area it's actually a very good candidate for Elemental Equilibrium. If it doesn't it's pretty much a ele burn crit wander like anything else. Using barrage is interesting on paper but I don't like it...

Thought about it more eg. did some crap maths - it's very very good.

It has no base damage at all, physical or otherwise. It NEEDS auras, and flat elemental rolls on gear as that is in essence it's base damage, which it then doubles.

I think it's pretty cool.
