Unique Item List - 300 of 419

When a unique item takes that much time to be discovered, it brings 2 options for me :

-Super rare and high level item that maybe 0.5% of the player will be able to drop or buy.
-Recipe based item that can't drop like others. GGG usually tell us when it's the case.

If it is a recipe item,
GGG usually note it on patch note.

So since a recipe is ruled out.... is there any other explanation for the time it has taken other than that its going to be a high level probably very powerful unique?

I think GGG only puts uniques on that tier of rarity only if its really really warranted. But what do I know, I could be wrong.

Adds a power charge on melee knockback - if the stats on this thing are meh, I think this sword would be useless. Even for dischargers, there are MUCH better ways to gain power charges.

However, if this sword had actual crit/dps on it... well, that would be a whole new level of OP.

I wouldn't read too much into it just yet.

IIRC Prism Guardian took much longer to be found than Voltaxic Rift did.

Yup but to get the prism guardian you had to be in the max lvl map at this period and get a +2 lvl item iirc.

The day the patch came out there was a guy buying all the Enhance gems he could find in bulk. He said they were mostly useless in a build but that he had figured out a new way to use them.

Could this have something to do with the mysterious 5th unique? Or some new recipe?

What if it only drops from a specific boss...

I could be wrong about the sword, should have taken a little longer than 15 mins looking. It could be a wand. Whether its a sword or a wand, the next unique has power charge on knockback.

The sword and the wand were added in the same patch btw. That doesn't mean both actually exist in game.

If its a phys wand it will be godmode. King of the hill is pretty sweet already and that would make it so that elep hit might actually compete (favorably ) with power siphon for wanders which would make hem much more party friendly.
