" That's not how str works. If you have 500 str then you'd get only 80 str which is 40 flat life. Those boots need a 800+ str build to be worth it(for the str component). It's also quite good for iron will builds I guess. Last edited by kasub#2910 on Jan 29, 2014, 9:52:28 PM

New chest armour is great. That's all we really needed to make shav's less insane, was a way to make low-life builds with an otherwise shitty and cheap unique.
