Who designed the ring?? HUGE PROPS. That's how well designed uniques look like. (i just hope it's not something stupidly rare). This is probably the best unique since 1.0

Possibly the best ring for a budget discharger if its not too rare. Use incinerate GMP to build charges (since it has 0% crit chance). Should stack pretty fast. Then just manually discharge. With more gear like Voll's devotion or void Battery it gets even stronger.

" I actually like the ring a lot, and so far it is my favorite jewelry since 1.0. But this guy is so far running away with it since it is the only unique since 1.0 to really have made me go crazy. Though, I feel Wing of Entropy is truly the well designed unique along with Daresso's Defiance so far since 1.0.
