Man that ring will fit well in a FB build, and since I got 7 FC + 5 EC, I just need 3 PC to get the achievement for having up 15 charges. Holy crit, totems just got a BiS ring Discharge Totem? Make a fast attack Frenzy build with Quill Rain, doesn't matter if it's just a 3/4 link. Use Resolute Technique.
