I like this unique.

Read the unique txt on that axe. Its a leveling 2H axe for sweep/cleave/etc builds.

Sweep + level 20 aoe would be OP as hell

Yeah, give 2 handed melee some love for the levels that they really don't need any. Good design choice.

If they are designing these junk uniques for low level, then have them only drop in low level questing. To me, this axe is nothing more than a vendor trash.

I hope this one wasnt designed by a Diamond Supporter or else that is nice money down the toilet.

Past the 3rd Jeweler orb used to try and get 5 socket/6 socket, you've spent more than the item is worth.

Twink uniques are fine for those who like that sort of thing but I agree that they should not drop at the end of the game. Its just not worth it for any reason or any kind of justification.
