How about a majestic flowing CAPE!
Many Styles: Red/Green/Blue/Leopard/Special Effect/Etc. -Flows and shimmers as you move. -Rests idly with small movements as you stand still. -Makes your character appear EPIC! What's not to love about a Cape? |

Alternate animation effect.
Replaces power charge visual effect with moths. Replaces frenzy charge visual effect with bats. Replaces endurance charge visual effect with red-winged butterflies. I would have them all as different color butterflies (blue, green, red), but the developers would probably think that butterflies do not fit the theme of Path of Exile, and they'd be right. Red butterflies, however, just seem to fit endurance charges for me. --------------------------------------------------------------- Alternate skill effect. Tornado cyclone. Replaces the standard cyclone gem with a tornado version. Your whole character will turn into a spinning tornado. Not only that, when you break small objects and kill certain creatures, some smaller parts start flying around your tornado (not necessarily inside you) and are randomly flung out while spinning. If you stop it, all remaining particles drop down to your feet. Objects that stick and fly around with your tornado: broken urns, cairns, pieces of broken crab shell, leaves (while in the forest), pieces of ribbon, a skeleton bone here and there (skeleton bone storm?), a single skeleton skull, a single dead body of a small sea witch, the insides of exploded monsters, a head of a humanoid you've killed, limbs from humanoids, a dead body of a small ape, small spiders, Vaal's spawn, a piece of a statue, a single body of an undying (the ones who are lightning resistant), a bug, water (from water elementals), blood (from blood elementals), tentacles (from tentacle miscreations) and many more from future updates that add more monsters. The more % increased area and weapon reach the player has, the bigger the tornado and the area in which stuff flies around. This would motivate tornadoers to seek out more increased area and reach for greater visual appeal. I imagine this might be quite a nuisance to do, but this way the skill doesn't have to look the same throughout the entire game, as what the extra effects provide differ depending on the monsters you're currently fighting. It would quite likely be a high cost microtransaction, but visually very appealing. Last edited by Mortal321#7625 on Jul 3, 2013, 2:37:11 PM

My idea is for a series of three effects specifically for shields, as shields tend to look very mundane next to weapon and helm enchants, despite being rather prominent.
The first would take the form of a smooth, glowing layer of orange light around the shield, that would have bright white cracks appear and then fade across the shield whenever you block. This would be accompanied with an audio cue akin to ice having warm water poured on it. The second would feature a thin layer of ethereal leaves and vines covering the shield, and whenever you block, a gust of wind would rustle the leaves, with corresponding audio. The third would be a slow stream of water, flowing down the shield itself, and a successful block would have the water splash outward, also with appropriate audio. |

My micro-transaction idea:
Character View from the Character Selection Screen (after account log-in). From this screen, when you select your character's name you can view your character in 3D model. Could be named: Character Preview? Cost: 200 Points |

Best Micro Transaction Idea:
Rename your character. Please pm me when I win thanks. IGN: lVlage (96 Witch)

My micro transaction idea would be to be able to add effects to your shield. Remember holy shield from d2. I think that's what it was called anyways. You could have the chrome looking one or gold with different designs in it like a skull with glowing eyes that would look sweet!!!

I already posted some Ideas but didn't want to edit my message in case they have to judge who came with the idea first...
My (other) idea would be a microtransaction that gives you '' notes of exile ''. Note of exile is simply a little ''notepad'' included in the game. Why? - It would give a easier way to organise stash for those with lots of tabs. - It would help people do the chaos recipe. Instead of alt-tabing to word or notepad. - Something, I know where a char is going but I know that I won't playing him for a while. When I comeback, I'm not so sure anymore what I had in mind for this char. This would prevent that. - When I find a good great gear for char x that I can't equip yet, I put it on char y who is leveled. Than, I forget that I did that until much later on. Thank again for your time. |

Micro transaction Idea:
I want to see my character sitting in town on a big throne like a king. |

Fertile Footsteps. Have plants/grass/flowers/sprouts grow beneath your feet as you walk. Bonus points if the plants stick around instead of the semi-permanent black prints.
I've actually got some points saved up waiting for them to implement this one~ BreakingHearts/RhoaHood/BackAndVeryLate (Standard) | HushtailSweep/HushtailWeeps (Ancestor) Last edited by SilentOppressor#6006 on Jul 3, 2013, 2:32:17 AM
