Not every build builds around endurance charges, and your comment about summoners is invalid seeing as summoners can solo the whole content with mediocre gear due to the fact how good their minions scale.

I gave you the solution for all builds. Run around in circle and kite him to death. You can use traps, totems, range, whatever. As a rule of thumb the best defense in PoE is to run in circles.
If you think he is hard to solo, good luck facing other map bosses like Steelpoint the Avenger (Thicket Map). He spam Rain of Arrows doing Chaos damage in a small room narrow hallway.

I refuse to run around like a chicken for him to drop 2 crappy rare items and a sliver of exp.
Yes i am all for tactics vs bosses and all but forcing players to follow a single pattern because the game artifically uses damage and annoying and not innovative tactics as a meaning to increase difficulty is wrong.
Look at piety for example, that is a well thought out boss, you can fight her but you have to be on your toes on some of her moves, and i think she is quite fun to battle.
Anyhow it's funny how you tell an engineer he can't think and solve problems.

I have 8k es 20% dodge 50% block and spell block INSANE es drain (life drain gem + ghost reaver) and over 80% physical damage decrease with molten shell + granite flask + 5 endurance changes + 77% all ele res with 100% chaos res change you tell me you are tanky with your shity 4k hp ? you kidding me RIGHT ?

Es is easy as hell to stack now that HP is nerfed and you coming here all high and mighty with your "8K es" calling out on people who can't afford/get such gear is pathetic.
Seeing as you can get up to 800~ es on a chest piece ALONE without it getting amplified with passives, go ahead and try to get 8K HP.

I went for a HYBRID build, to try building a character that is actually unique, not copying the build blindly like you probably did.
Point is being that a map 66 boss shouldn't require such tankyness.

If he leaps on me once -> lose 80% hp
leaps on me twice in a row -> death
with 15k armor and enfeeble, you should be able to health pot through his normal attacks, so why are you leaving melee range so he jumps on you again? Stay next to him and he doesnt leap slam. How did you ever manage to get past oak...use some of those strategies maybe?
14k armor (13977) with 6 endurance charges, about 4-5% over the 90% cap. Still rapes my 3.6k health when he heavy-multi-strikes.

Bullcrap, my CI phy wander with 3.5 ES can facetank him with a skelly totem and one granite flask only. L2P
