" Critical strike chance for spells does nothing for this build, so this wand is below average in terms of usefulness. I prefer 18% physical damage as it scales all the damage this character does, instead of just making it do the same damage faster, which also in turn means more mana upkeep during 50% slower regen maps. " This is would I would do aswell. Not only does 18% physical damage leech more mana on 50% / no regen. It will also leech more life if you have a decent amount of life leech. This is because harder hits = more armour reduction on monsters. Power charge is for sure what I would go with if you plan to use Power siphon, especially if you plan to get/use Auxium lategame you can already checklist +1 power charge bandit reward :-) Last edited by Harmster#3342 on Aug 21, 2013, 1:16:42 PM

why do people assume imbued wand is the holy graal, compared to the65 & 68 wand ? (tornado & "forgot its name- wand" ?
Is it because of the imbued attack speed ? |

" Not everyone prefers imbued. I prefer tornado/opal, and I know drewdog prefers prophecy wands. Imbued can theoretically scale highest due to their attack speed. But honestly, even with Auxium's belt and mana leech gear, if you are using 6L power siphon and imbued wand you are going to have mana problems, at least I did. Thats including clarity and some mana passives. Probably have to give up one of those 6 sockets to either mana leech gem or reduced mana gem. For this reason, I prefer slower, harder hitting phys wands. I'd love to craft a 240%+ prophecy wand one day...sadly I'm getting burned out on crafting wands. It's demoralizing. I use this atm (it's the only 300+ dps wand in sc that I know of; and it's actually almost 400): To each his own. "The Eye of Ra appears against you, His force is powerful against you. If you run faster attacks/haste/dual attack speed rings/all the attack speed nodes you wouldnt notice a difference. almost 300 dps think it scales close 400 with the crit chance?
