Wise decision to let people know it's not a recipe to generate an Exalted Orb :)

People will overlook the second part and STILL think it's an exalted orb.

It'll be the new "eternal orb" or it'll be a mirror. What other orb doesn't have a recipe? (Reminder: Divine Orb has a recipe, it's vendoring a 6L, also, Exalted Orb has a recipe, vendoring a mirror)

Mirror isn't an orb, and they would never put a recipe in for that anyway. My guess is fusing, scouring, or the new eternal orb.

Damn...the awesomeness will start when i can't play anymore :(

Vendoring a Mirror gives an Exalt? Is there an [undiscovered] Exalted recipe though? Pretty sure GGG hinted at it..

The delay is not related to the race season.

Btw, you can't have patch notes til everything is set in stone.

I personally hope the new recipe is scourings. Blessed are common enough and used rarely.

It could be something to do with picking up gems. At the minute unless its reduced mana etc or a quality gem no one picks gems up.

4L to a fusing would be op.

It would have to be like 3 4l's = 1 fuse or a 5l = 12 fuse or something.

Trashy 5l's arent worth 12 fuse to a player. 1gcp for a 5L staff for example.

Of course it could also be the new orb.

Think of all the good shit thats been announced yet the "secret awesomeness" isnt any of these things.

new recipes
melee buffs
2 new leagues
new tier of items
although not announced i imagine a good 3 at least new uniques

The secret awesomeness...... it has to be pretty bloody awesome.

A new variety of endgame?
A use for albino feathers such as using them in the map device with maps does crazy shit
Randomly generated bosses that are fucking hard and drop awesome but have like a 0.1% of spawning in any instance
Changes to pvp to make it actually worthwhile and rewarding to do ?

So many things it could be.

Any rumors on what the new base item will be? I heard cloaks or bracelets....

I wonder if they'll put a recipe in for quality gems. Like 5 of the same type gem gives a 5% quality gem of same type or something.

^^Blessed orbs are common? I guess you could say they're as common as their need for them requires.

currently a 6 slot gets you 7 jewelers (nearly 2 fusings). Perhaps 2 5 slot items (not linked) would get you a fuse. That's be nice.
