Note that there seems to be more than one new recipe being added.

According to the wiki, the only currency items with no vendor recipes are Exalts, Fusings, Portal Scrolls, Regrets and Scourings.

Everything bar Exalts can be purchased at vendor's anyway, so this ain't that big a thing probably.

Well, if I had to guess which one: Portal Scrolls wouldn't be worth generating hype about because those are easy to get, Exalts were counted out, GGG only put Regrets in from public pressure so given they aren't big fans of them I don't think that'll be it.

That leaves Scouring and Fusing

Given 4L items got added to the 'valuable' list in the loot news post, I'm going to say fusings and that the recipes is selling a 4L

I'm still saying no to those anyway because who even cares about those? Easy enough to get when you have end-game gear you want to reroll.

This would be amazingly useful

If 0.11.0 isn't ready for tomorrow, why not consider a minipatch with a few of 0.11.0's features? Perhaps just the currency vendor recipe and one unique.

I'm going to say scouring actually, because the recent changes resulting in more magic/rare map drops has greatly increased the need for scours while mapping. Fuse seems less likely if only because 4-link whites are very common and having each of those be a fuse would drastically increase supply. Since they're already making it easier to 5/6-link items in this patch, that would be overkill and severely devalue current 5L/6L items.
