" There is nothing you can do about RMT. The best you can do is make sure that the game cannot be hacked or botted, and that RMTers have to obtain their wares legitimately. This is speaking from experience as an old seller in vindictus. They could do all they wanted, but i kept going, even so far as to destroy the viability of farming certain bosses by flooding the market, until they nuked bots and hacks. Then i got out and sold my gear for a premium while i could, before the next level cap raise came out and crashed the prices of my gear. Last edited by Xendran#1127 on May 27, 2013, 7:17:44 AM

" I've spent much of six years arguing that trading should not be easy. I still believe that. The way we're making trade easier is not the way you're probably thinking. | |
" And i guess Default is getting nothing again ? (because 2 new leagues were anounced not 4) , glad i made the change to HC in time. |

" How exactly can you be on time for new leagues? You won't have access to your normal stash. So even if you start HC when the new league starts it will be 'on time' “Demons run when a good man goes to war"

" apparently you have never lost a unique to some ahole that boxed you out....as it is now, it seems pointless to party past the point of needing too. Quite frankly, you should never lose something because it fell in a corner and another player boxed you out like he was grabbing a rebound in basketball. |

" The problem is that trading is easy, if you have enough time. The split between "traders" and "players" skyrockets with every week. As everywhere, your gear is not related to if you play well by how well you spam and scam on trade chat. You lost your battle by just allowing trade, with your approach I'm quite surprised that there still is no "self-found" league. In my case, I have to choose, trading or playing. It means, that probably I will never see an exalt or 6L in my stash and to be honest, I'm more and more bored with grinding LT for hours to get few alteration... When you publish patch notes, I think, whoa what new unique, should I be exited? And no, because I will probably never drop it, so fu** it... And it ends with tabs of small currency, as I can't buy anything useful for it and I have no time for it and using it for gambling (sorry but I'm unable to call it "crafting") it's just a waste of time... Probably it's the same scenario for other players, after leveling few chars they just got bored with stagnancy, no time for trade, poor drops so no upgrades and no progress. I wish I can share your optimism Chris but I'm quite worried about future of this game, quite a pity, as I like its design (except of desync and freezes which kills my chars quite regularly). IMO making trading easier will have positive impact on majority of players in standard league and you have possibility to make would-be-cut-throats-ninja-scammers happy with league crated for them. Anticipation slowly dissipates... Last edited by tmaciak#3784 on May 27, 2013, 7:55:52 AM

" I think you're achieving your goal. For those who need, it's easier to just RMT. |
