That's not how the "PoE Streaming Community" works.

You can say that about most other communities, but not about this one.
All the "PoE Streamer Vets" are ultra PoE addicts. They are like any other PoE vet who played the game above 10,000 hours, with the difference that they streamed.
The "addict" part of the community peacing out so early (two weeks in) is unseen in over a decade of GGG fucking up. And believe me, ppl would have quit way earlier if the LE season had another starting date today, but rather a week ago.
This is not "streamers hopping from hot and new to the next hot and new"; they leave because PoE2 0.2.0 is new, but not hot. It's that simple.

Johnathan going down with the ship is so funny considering hes the one steering it into the iceberg.

Game too slow, everything too slow. Loot too slow, movement too slow, map way too big, doesnt tell you where the unique boss spawn is unless you are near, especially with big map and slow movement spending more time walking than actually playing the game.

I want to play ARPG where i can move around fast and blow shit up and get flooded with loots.

Poe2 is bad.

but that has nothing to do with it.

if your die hard streamer fans who stuck through bullshit leagues like Necro league cant even stick this out for more than a week,

you saying the issues arent relevant and the streamers planned this, when the feedback forums have dozens apon dozens of issues an hour.

They are trying to make the game better for all of us with these feedbacks. We all love poe2 but god damn it's insanely boring right now. I can't believe they added nothing new other than a class and a weapon and they worked on this for 3 months.

Anyhow, guess I'll try LE as well. I like Poe graphics way better but damn I want to play arpg so badly.

I think people can't wrap their heads around the game not being poe 1.5.

There's no power creep and endgame is mostly about getting to level 100, a few chase uniques, and maybe some crafting. It's early access, try some different builds.

Everyone just played LS which trivialized the entire game and then complained.

this is it in a nutshell. it feels bad that poe2 is the game i want to play but it feels like theres no reason right now. they made it clear as day that they don't want builds like LS in the game, so why would i make that character? I've been playing my own build doing fairly well, and now i see this shit come into the game and it just feels pointless to be doing anything else.

Last epoch is updating their graphics with this update fyi
