You’ll get neither.

If you truly have “grinded for many hours”, Valve aren’t about to give you a refund just because you found a bug in a game - and most certainly not one clearly labelled as being in Early Access.

Neither will GGG offer you a refund for money you spent on MTX which you have received and which are functioning without issue just because you have arbitrarily decided you have changed your mind about the purchases. When making a purchase you aren’t given a perpetual right to undo the transaction. Using caps lock when posting doesn’t change that.

I would encourage you to think long and hard about playing and spending money on Early Access games if you’re going to throw this much of a tantrum after finding a single bug.

You should expect to find bugs in fully released games - and for Early Access games to be utterly crawling with them. If you can’t handle an unfinished and unpolished experience, why choose to pay for one? A bit of personal responsibility would go a long way here.
