I want a full refund of every dollar i spent
i grinded hard for many hours to be able to afford gear and for it just to disapear from one loading screen to the next with no trace of it ever exisitng and taking all my currency to get it and max it out and now i dont have any proof i ever even had it besidse an empty chest slot
i want ALL my money back i spent 30$ on early acces, 30$ of first support and 40$ on second support a total of 100$ i want it all back i know how to get my original 30 back from steam..... but how do i get refunded for the supporter packs i bought on my account? why in the heck are they not helping me get my stuff back or responding to the fact one moment im equipped with my armor the next it just disappears with all my skill gems in it and all the orbs i used on it......
i spent 6 divines on that armor for it just to poof i want this fixed or i want my money back this is complete horsecrap! |

useless support system.
it makes me feel its pointless to even report a bug there isnt any easy way to submit bug reports i tried emailing you and i get some stupid copy paste rather than actually trying to get into the issue but this has to do with my account i want my armor back " The Coming Calamity Heroic Armour " your servers should have record of me having it one moment and the next it just dispear!! in game name is GernadeThrower it wont let me link my steam account to this poe account; says linked to another account and i cant even find out to log into it so much wrong with this game |
