How much Rarity is everyone running?
I was running 120% rarity and seeing decent drops, and recently I was in talks with someone telling me rarity has been really nerfed and that I was wasting my time so I reshuffled my gear and dropped to 55% rarity and now nothing is dropping. I went from making multiple rounds to base to sell/disenchant to not even going once.
So to me it seems like rarity isn't nerfed at all, how much is everyone runniing? Last bumped on Apr 16, 2025, 12:01:53 AM

I still stick to “150-200” from previous EA league. So far wealth accumulate per run is “ok”ish

125 when I did play, but this league you need more than the last. This was good for .1

" They were lying. My advice is stack as much rarity you can without bricking your build. I recon the max you can realistically expect is 50% helmet, 20%-30% on the ring suffixes (gold rings), 20% on boot and gloves and you can push amulet depending on build but this will be really expensive. 150-200% is realistic over time and is well worth it nerfed or not. |

got 89% on a gear so far
ran 233% rarity + quant map, dropped one exalt, not even from boss, this is awful for me I think about quitting league triple slamming t15 maps gives back augment orbs and regal shard at most of the times |

I have 99% rarity and have run dozens of maps where I didn't even get a regal

Im running 110%. Bought all my gear after finished campaign(got a very lucky div drop early), so i dont know how drops feel without it, but even with the 110%, triple tablets every tower, almost 30 points on atlas, all on rare mobs, monster packs, precursor tablet effectiveness etc, most maps rolling quant and rarity etc. Loot feels awful. If they dont adress it soon, i dont see the point in continuing playing any longer. I dont mind things being more challenging and taking longer etc, but the loot right now feels like a joke, in a game that is all about loot.

I tried explaining that nerfing all builds good and bad by a minimum of 90% by association the clear speeds will be ten times lower. 10 times less kills = 10 times less loot if the drop rates remained exactly the same as 0.1. They nerfed mf and the tablet scaling. GGG aren't good at math, I know Jonathon is objectively mathematically illiterate with some of the claims he made on the ziz stream. These forums are white noise to them and have been since about a year into POE 1. |
