Twitch Drops were not received

Hello,
Please be advised that my twitch drop (Havenwood Cloak) was not received in-game. Although my twitch and poe accounts are linked, and although I redeemed the item on twitch 21 hours ago (at the time of writing this message), I never got it in-game. Can you please help me? Adding my account to the list. I know that there are often some delays in applying twitch drops to the game account but it's been almost 24 hours now.
Just wondering if there's a glitch here and if anyone else is having this problem. I don't really want to email support for this, they've got a big enough backlog of stuff to work through as it is. |

Looks like we have to go through support and wait a few months. Same issue on my end. Claimed nearly 24 hours ago and nothing.

Same issue. Twitch linked and nothing on PoE 2 nor can I see it anywhere on my PoE 1 account. Got everything else there from previous watch drops but not this one. Or am I blind? Don't think so
