my only issue with this is that theres barely anything told to the player about what is going on/what to do. For example it took me a week and a half to find something to get any interaction. For the future i highly recommend a locked account process forum because all that is told to the player is to contact support, a very vague message.
am i gonna be waiting for more than a week aswell?

can i get a better answer.
isnt it just a matter of unlocking the account?
