My account has been locked for a week and a half for radio silence

I’ve been playing since about the release and a week and a half ago my account suspiciously just got locked, there had been no issues in what I was doing and I was just grinding the one and all of a sudden my account is held hostage and I have no interaction whatsoever, I’ve tried to be patient but the customer support on this is absolutely ridiculous.

same thing happened to my account. and no unlock key is being sent on my email.
and customer support is not helpful at all. why am i not able to use my acount :D/ any luck on ur side?

i have contacted support.

with both my account email and my current email address.
im not sure why they cant just unlock it or give the unlock code.
i was so hype about the event.

just so sad.
Done the exact same thing and its been a week and a half, coming up on two weeks, surprisingly this is the most reaction I've had so far so its looking up. I dropped a diamond as i got locked out lol i just wanna play out the season.
Also have yet to find out what exactly it was i got locked out for, it was out of the blue.

Same playing since beta got Locked today. watching how slow support is for everyone it might just ruin the entire event for me. tragic

Yeahhh hard not to be pessimistic about it considering from everything I’ve seen support wait time is 2+ weeks from multiple sources. However hopefully it’ll change soon with the new patches coming out though I’m doubtful it will
