the only thing in the event can be meta-changing in the event are the ascendancies. so just make it so that you can't bring ascendancies out of the private league. Or make private leagues using the ascendancies void leagues

Will I be able to summon additional copies of my Manifest Dancing Dervish's if I take Puppet Masters "Marrionettes" Which makes weapons I "Animate" create a copy, or is Manifest specifically a seperate mechanic to Animate, or does the skill just have a minion limit of 2?

Can you specify what difference lvl 1 raise spiders compared to lvl 20 raise spiders is`?
Same for lesser shrines for example

My understanding is that minions have their own version of skills and rarely ever us player skills. When reading SpiderMinionSummonedSpider, it states that a claw, dagger, or sword is required for viper strike. I'm hoping that we are not limited to these weapon sets for level 20 raise spider and can run other weapon base types?

How are you going to avoid this being P2W? Unless alternate endgame and alternate ascendancies are weaker than normal ascendancies and normal atlas tree (doubt) this is exactly what you were trying to avoid with private leagues.

Easy. Just have positive modifiers prohibit characters from transferring out of the PLeage; which is what they should have done to begin with. PLeagues should have all kinds of options to them, like enabling Race Mods, and selecting which Leagues you want active. Then allow players to resub the PLeague to keep it active if they want. Otherwise, the PLeague ends and everything goes into the Void League.

To me, PLeagues were the biggest disappointment in the game's history. So much potential, only to be...whatever it is they released. PLeagues are so underwhelming, I can't even call them half-assed. :D
