Why the f*ck would you replace the Atlas skill tree (One of the best things you guys have done lately) with the relics, this should be ANOTHER layer especially since its a short league and broken stuff are expected to happens as you said.

use this opportunity to get rid of the scarab system, it's a mess

idols should replace scarabs, not the atlas tree

Good communication on this one. It's good to know that you understand the drawback here and how popular and successful the PoE1 Atlas Skill Tree is. But this might make a fun experiment/change of pace.
