Not in Ruthless mode. It's very hard to get to red maps even fully specced in atlas for maps drop rate and tier, and whole Kirac nodes.
You couldn't just add this new experimental mechanic on top, you just HAD to remove the atlas tree. Glad to see ggg is still no fun allowed.Take a look back and see your mayhem events, also still no date for this event lul
