Serious question for people who enjoy poe2 more than poe1

why? this is a genuine question because for the life of me i dont understand why some people enjoy poe2 more than poe1. the graphics are better of course but everything else is better in poe1. poe2 still needs years to be on the same level as poe1.

Because POE2 offers something POE1 does not have: good engaging combat. Yes, it ends by the endgame, unfortunately, but it is there in the campaign. I leveled 6 chars through campaign because of that. Very good experience. POE1-like endgame: no sorry, don't want that.

I dont feel like an idiot when it comes to crafting, it's simple.
I just stopped playing Poe1 cause I dont have the interest to watch and read hours of content how to craft these friggin items on trade WHICH I NEED to get in late endgame. |

I hated flasks, I hated craft, I didn't like most aspects of endgame.
PoE2 isn't a good game right now, but it's a good foundation, and I hope for its bright future. |

The slower more grounded combat i thoroughly enjoy vs the 1000apm gameplay of poe1 and its generally more accessible than poe1, the only reason i stopped playing poe2 is the endgame is hyper focused to be a very hardcore gameplay loop that is over punishing and needs to be reworked, once you learn the bs of poe1 you can get through it but i am not fighting the game itself to try enjoy it.

" there is no slow meaningful combat in poe2...end game builds are the same in poe1. most builds are herald or spark or some temporalis build. nothing has changed. and yes you can play slow build but you can also play slow build in poe1... so far nobody has given a proper reason why they like poe2 better....just as i thought. apart from steam numbers that are 80% bots, poe2 doesnt really have much goiing for it.
