Minimap Icons for League mechanics now remain visible regardless of how far away you travel from them, making it easier to return to them later.

Finally, running rituals won't be annoying anymore.

WHY? How is the need for checkpoints not a GIANT red flag that the current map layouts are unplayable and need to be completely changed from the ground up?

This is NOT a problem you can just band-aid with checkpoints. The map layouts need to be ENTIRELY redone. From square 1. Nothing about them right now is acceptable at all. Whoever was in charge of them failed miserably and needs to start all over.

I like it a lot and that's the reason I come to this forum everyday to see what is changing, what is getting improved, because I think PoE2 has a lot of potential. But in the meantime I'm playing other games...

Between casino crafting, the random skills being cast on us from off-screen, breach performance issues, 2,454 skills unreleased, casino pinnacle bosses, iron citadel not getting completed (and many many other small bugs), extremely non-innovative and mind-numbing map juicing process, unbalanced quantity of narrow maps in comparison to open area maps, unbalanced distribution of maps (5 seepages/auguries/crypts to 1 steppe), archaic tendonitis-inducing breach looting, etc.

The game needs A LOT of polishing, and the game director knows it, he admitted it publicly, I just can't stand anymore coming to this forum everyday to see a a 4-5 lines of text patch every 3-4 weeks and keep playing while hoping for changes. I'll keep the pace I'm following for now, coming here once when I wake up and once more before I go to bed, I just hope and wish you guys take a different approach soon. It seems like you know exactly how software development works and, more deeply, game development... When you develop things, NEVER all of them arrive to production at the sametime. Because of the nature of software development some arrive sooner, some arrive later, but that doesn't necessarily mean they're only working on the released stuff. In software development, always better safe than sorry and still, it's rather impossible to produce bug free software.


Maybe, you should space out a bit, because it is clearly affecting you in a negative way.

HOW is it not ready yet? It already exists in PoE 1. I know it will take you guys some time to make it worse like you needed to do with the blight and delirium tabs already that you majorly downgraded, but come on. This is getting ridiculous. Whoever was assigned to this is clearly not capable of getting it done.

Maybe have Mark work on the waystone tab? It seems like you guys have EXACTLY one developer capable of doing anything at all....
I give this update a rating of "meh"
Are you looking into the unique jewels interaction with attribute nodes not giving any bonus?
Is it even a bug or a feature we didn't understand?
