It's kinda interesting that I had strong need to buy more tabs in PoE2 will half of the playtime of Settlers.(I bought in the end)

well there you go...this is why there is no map tab still. i still have the 300 that came with the EA key, i havent touched it yet, waiting for something meaningful to spend it on

They already did. People expect 3.26 is 3 months after 3.25, and GGG give a false hope in November 2024 back then as January 2025 for 3.26 news.
And then internal it looks like they don't have any plan for 3.26 when 3.25 is released. All the staff are in this company politic on all-in to poe 2.
poe 1 is dead. Even they finally made a new league, for sure half or even most players are not coming back, just due to move on, or not interested to read poe related news to make them know there is a new league for poe 1 instead of 2.
Meanwhile just wait and see the poe 2 will hold how long until Diablo 4 refugees move on to other games.
Going all in on 2 will prove to be a mistake given it's:
Half-ass state at release and the huge amount of time it'll take to fix it
Poor decisions on the mechanics it ported from 1,
The fact that it seems to intend to not be casual friendly in the least which is a real issue because...
the studio has engendered permanent bad will amongst 1 loyalists whom I think won't play 2 thereby reducing the games potential player base amongst better-than-average gamers.

Good point. I have over 100 tabs and many are quad. So that vet are immune to this problem. (I can tell you with 3 gems tabs, 2 flasks tabs, you can fill a lot of stuff as hoarder)
Meanwhile yeah, end up new players will milk out by GGG by making them buying a few league-specific tab and a few quad
