out of curiosity, are you using overwolf/ poe overlay? I found thats what was causing my freezing at loading screens. uninstalling it fixed the issue.

Still waiting for Loading Freezes fix. :(
Seems like it only happens to updated windows, I checked with my friends and almost all of them are not updated. I don't wanna rollback for a single game.

No game can damage your hardware, defective parts will give up/deteriorate when pushed to 100% as it is... defective :)
Of course game can damage your hardware. Running the CPU at 100% hard stalling when user does not push reset button is damaging to the CPU, the same way leaving a 100% load benchmark on indefinitely is damaging; and forcing the user to power reset the PC is damaging to all the PC components. So for every PC freeze event, it's potential damage if user does not act, or damage if user does act. It's literally guaranteed damage.

lol I dont think you could demonstrate any further how much you dont know what you're talking about.
All hardware is designed to run at 100% for long periods of time... People like you spreading this nonsense does no one any good.

When will you fix more than one try for the Citadels? It kinda kills endgame if you fail on one of them.

While running a CPU at 100% capacity doesn't directly damage the hardware under normal circumstances
Also while 100% GPU usage does not cause any issues as such, sometimes it may cause your GPU to overheat
