A Message to Path of Exile 1 Players

So this is not the end, just delay! Its fine for me... will be playing POE2!

So the poe 1 players were giving ggg money for all those years, so they can develop poe 2, and turned out poe 2 was a game NOT MEANT to poe 1 players, was a completly new game with different mechanics, and some poe 1 players enjoyed it, others hated it and decided to stick with poe 1 leagues, and you guys throw the poe 1 players on the garbage, wow, that's insane.

You should have all done this a year ago. You needed a dozen more people minimum and just didn't do that. This is what happens.

While not all response are okay, the same could be said in reverse. If poe 2 was clearly not ready, they could have just not push it out in december before they go on holidays and all and just wait with it , not leading to all this trouble. Unbelievable, they're destroying my favorite game, I didn't like poe2 that much.
This is frustrating, I was hoping that GGG would be able to handle it, this is very sad GGG was really looking forward to the new league in poe 1

Assumed this was going to be the case from Day 1 of PoE 2's pivot to its own game.

Absolutely no way you can keep supporting PoE 1 and PoE 2 in the same way. Which is a major red flag from me since I don't like PoE 2, i like PoE 1.

I want to tell myself you guys are doing everything you can to make it work but poe 2 came out with no content and then we got 7 months of no poe content on top of that. This is honestly ridiculous and while I hope you guys land on your feet I really can't let myself be happy with the decisions ggg has made as a company. If I knew poe 2 would make the poe ecosystem look like this I never would've asked for it in the first place.

Maybe keep in mind that while you glaze PoE2, lots of folks either just legit don't like the game, or think it's a massive amount of time away from being good. Oh and also the reason you have PoE2 is the loyalty of PoE1 players over the years.
