Auto Loot for currencies

I would really like to auto loot currencies(exalted orbs, breach splinters etc) likewise a character grabs all the gold on its path.
This autoloot desired currencies should be configurable like we can filter what items we can see or not via item filters, so that I might want to pass on scroll of wisdoms, orb of transmutations but my character loots exalted, chaos orbs. etc when i run pass through them.
I dont know what could be a downside for that but I feel it would be big quality of life improvement, atleast for me.

Unpopular opinion - I hate auto loot.
I played with auto-loot some years ago (do not ask).

Outside the entertaining value of stealing Exalts (at that time those were what divines are now) from "MY LOOT" groups, this system gives nothing to you.

It just kills the thrill.

I like, especially in group play, to see what drops, it is enjoyable.
Mine or theirs - doesn't matter.

Unpopular I know.

So how come it makes my opinion worthless? I am playing poe2 since start, enough to publish opinion in the game.
I respect your disagreement but the way you do is web bullying, its hilarous.
If This game ever meant to satisfy players, wheter ur poe veteran or never played ARPG before.
If you are expert, you can show your opinion on what would be downside etc, how would it effect etc. rather than stupid hate sentence. Ur better than that, and i can assure you, im not insulted of being noob or bad in video game.

The devs went through this idea numerous times and the final decision is that they'll never add auto-loot for currencies.

Okay sir, what should be make takeaway from that comment? what should be my average gameplay of PoE1 to publish opinion on the game I am actually playing right now?

I only played solo, never part of a party. So its true, I am not having the full understanding in consequences, and Iam glad there are comments about "party gameplay" perspectives, thats why this is called discussion forum.
I might be overreacting this but regardless of the concept of the game, your attitude is just harmfull in any kind of logical discussion.

Legit counter opinion, that gives me better understanding of what could be downside and why would GGG might avoid doing it.
