Ok I just saw that big message regarding the customer support announcement. So I will wait patiently. I did not think it is THAT bad there. This forum thread can be closed.

taking a break from the game too, they are getting slow and fixing by 1 sentence a week is not a good job.
Constantly every day lag spikes from 17-18h till 23:00 european time unplayable and its not my internet its their game. Cya in 6 months. |

They have a really poor system that puts you at the back of the queue when you send another ticket.
it's really poor support for something that has a working mtx. don't let these super vets tell you otherwise. also all that announcement said is they were aware of the EA copies they sold and decided not to allocate resources for this problem. the ggg way seems to be deal with it later |
