It's so sad to hear what you guys are saying ;(
I also got that reply like sure we will be able to help and asked for confirmation of my account like what characters are there etc. Which I replied immediately in a minute. And it was all in December like 19 or 22 I don't remember. And STILL nothing after till this very day.
I asked them a few times for a follow up, several times, nothing. Then I thought maybe my email and subject got lost so I emailed them again and now again waiting. Idk what is happening. I was hoping if I create a forum thread here someone from "higher" management could see it or something and help. Idk what else I can do!

Gotta love how they never participate in discussions on the forums of THEIR GAME but are super quick to remove/censor stuff.

I copy/pasted their reply in ticket.

this is the best i could write to avoid getting it removed.

I no longer believe in the existence of support staff. No one is responding to me, and I'm being ignored on all channels. We've been abandoned.
