Total IGNOR from Customer support!!

I'm writing here because I'm so devastated and furious about how the customer support handles the tickets!

I have been ignored for more than A MONTH with my ticket and problem. I have sent even several follow up and several different emails already as nothing was answered! What is going on there?! I have NEVER seen such treatment by any company before! I have been a very loyal player here I don't understand what I did to deserve this!

Can ANYONE help me?

Did you read announcement? They said they have alot of to deal with and ask for our patience. They also said that you should NOT write new emails as it sends you to the back of the queue.
I sent it way before they announced it as I said I sent it in December before Christmas even. Once I received a reply saying hey sure we can help and then AFTER for a month nothing. So I assume since they saw my email originally and replied to help and never did after is a bit different than treating new emails.
I have been dealing with customer support since november.. It takes somewhere around 2 weeks to a month for them to respond and ask for something to be answered. Then you must wait another month for a reply.

GGG's support has been one of the worst experiences with support that I had so far. It is frustrating and annoying.

"The Support Team is responsible for not only the emails and private messages, but also the in-game chat and forum moderation. All of these have been approximately 10 times busier than our previous busiest time.

Since the announcement on the 22nd of November the Support Team has received around 545,000 email requests and been able to reduce the remaining requests to approximately 75,000."

GGG have around 120 people in the whole team.

Few days i replied in one topic saying i've been waiting 40+ days for a reply and when they finally reply , they gonna ask for my acc info (bot reply) and they wont be heard or seen again for weeks.

Well imagine this...

I clearly gave my acc info in first mail i sent

They answered after 49 days , asking for my acc info in order to be able to ''help''

They clearly didnt even bother to read email , its just bot reply so we can say ''you see guys,they are active and replying on our mails''

At this point this is literal disrespect towards your customers. Waiting ticket to be resolved and i am gonzo from here. Fu*k this.

Its sadly worse than everyone thinks, Long before this issue arrised there were already severe problems in the support system, emails were not being read properly during times when there was no excuse for it, Sometimes these emails are so important that they be read properly that if they are not the customer may and in some cases will suffer greatly for absolutely no reason other than their email was not properly read.

I can confirm at least one staff member responsible for this type of behavior and they are of very high rank in the support team, this specific staff member is responsible for me being banned for almost 60 days simply because they did not read a single sentence at the top of my first email and ignored this text for over 20 or so emails.

I have submitted my complaints about this with zero reply and even after my terrible treatment to which there was NO APOLOGY or compensation for loss of time after purchasing a product its really disrespectful and again this was in times before they had this "PoE2" surge that shut them down.

Do better GGG, I still gave you money after all of that and you've given me nothing in return but frustration and excuses after a decade of playing your game and posting here while giving you all the scraps i could afford.

All that blood money from Winnie the Pooh, and of course nothing gets invested into customer support. Why am I not surprised.

And let me guess, when you do receive a reply, they mostly ask you some stupid questions?

This is typically how support departments operate once they can't or won't handle their workload properly anymore. Just buy some time with meaningless questions.

The Community Managers here post nothing but the exact same "stay civil" template reply twice a day, and the actual developers completely refuse any kind of interaction with the community.

GGG's approach to (non)communnication must be one of the most arrogant and complacent ones I've yet to see in this industry.

Especially for an early access, this display of nothingness from GGG is beyond pathetic.
I've had many messages from moderators here with the same cookie cutter message:

[Removed by Support]

With out being told what was wrong with the post or even what post was deleted.

Its just a automatic message sent to me when ever they remove any post for what ever reason they think up.

Of course I reply asking what the message was but I never get a reply. This tells me that the mods here are just bots that send out this premade message when ever the bot removes a post.
